Maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients.

• Sales & Conversion

- Present project features, amenities, pricing, and benefits effectively. - Conduct site visits and close sales to meet targets.

• Customer Relationship Management

- Follow-up with buyers, assist with documentation, and handle queries.

• Market Research & Intelligence

- Stay updated on market trends, competition, and pricing.

• Coordination & Reporting
