About the Role:

Navigator Realty Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an energetic Field Sales Executive who can handle both office-based calling and field sales activities. The role includes calling clients from the office, meeting customers on-site, and supporting real estate sales closures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make calls to potential and existing clients from the office

• Explain real estate project details, pricing, and offers over calls

• Visit project sites and meet interested customers

• Generate and follow up on leads through calls and field visits

• Schedule and coordinate site visits with clients

• Support the sales team in closing deals

• Maintain daily call records and field visit reports

• Assist in on-ground promotions and site activities

Candidate Requirements:

• 0–6 month experience in field sales or real estate sales

• Good communication and customer-handling skills

• Comfortable with office calling as well as field work

• Basic knowledge of calling, WhatsApp, and mobile applications

• Willingness to learn and grow in real estate sales

• It is a Full Time Field Sales job for candidates with Freshers.
