We are seeking a motivated and experienced Real Estate Executive with 2 to 4 years of hands-on experience in the real estate industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing sales activities, client relationships, property presentations, and closing deals. A strong understanding of the local market and excellent communication skills are essential.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, client references, and prospecting
Handle the entire sales process from lead generation to deal closure
Conduct property showings and site visits with potential clients
Build and nurture strong client relationships for repeat and referral business
Stay up to date with market trends, pricing strategies, and competitor offerings
Ensure all property transactions are properly documented and legally compliant
Coordinate with internal teams for marketing, legal, and project support
