Roles and Responsibilities :

• Conducting site visits and providing consultation to prospective buyers.

• Negotiating the prices that satisfies both the parties.

• Proposing schemes to reduce slow moving/facilitate fast moving inventory

• Maintaining accurate records and documentation of all aspects of the closing process

• Staying up to date on changes in real estate regulations and industry standards related to the closing process

• Ensuring a good closure ratio i.e. conversion of property visits to property purchases

• Maintaining all appropriate closure details and passing over to the CRM team for further processes
