Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Real Estate Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 6 months to 2 years of experience in real estate sales and possess excellent communication and negotiation skills. This role involves connecting with potential clients, showcasing properties, conducting site visits, negotiating deals, and maintaining strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and engage potential customers to expand the client base and increase sales.
Present property details, features, benefits, and pricing clearly to interested clients.
Arrange and accompany clients on site visits to properties, answering queries and highlighting advantages.
Negotiate sales terms and close deals with a focus on client satisfaction.

Stay updated on local real estate market trends and property information.
Travel as required for client meetings, site visits, and business development activities.
Requirements:
