About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Real Estate Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, an understanding of the property market, and the ability to close deals effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and generate leads through networking, referrals, cold calling, and online platforms.
• Conduct market research to identify potential buyers and property trends.
• Present and promote properties to potential clients through site visits, presentations, and meetings.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Negotiate and close sales deals while ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with legal and documentation teams for property transactions.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in CRM software.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
• Proven sales experience (real estate preferred).
• Strong negotiation and closing skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Knowledge of local property laws, market trends, and pricing.
• Self-motivated and result-oriented with the ability to work independently.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
