Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

• Visit different locations to identify and source properties for listing.

• Meet property owners and collect accurate property details.

• Call potential property owners using provided data and search for new properties.

• Maintain property records and share updated information with the team.

• Coordinate with the office team for property listing and follow-ups.

Requirements:

• Familiar with Gurgaon and nearby locations.

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, WhatsApp, Email).

• Good communication and calling skills.

• Comfortable with field work and travelling.

• Ability to maintain records and update data accurately.

Preferred:

• Experience in field sales, real estate, marketing, or property sourcing is an advantage.
