We are looking for a Real Estate Sales Executive to join our team .
The role requires candidates who are skilled in building customer relationships, following up on leads, and maximizing sales opportunities.
Identify prospects and develop sales strategies to drive business growth.
The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹20000 - ₹50000 and prospects of growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Cold Calling & Data Calling: Engage with potential clients through outbound calls.
Client Interaction: Convince and guide clients toward property purchases.
Data Management: Maintain and update customer databases.
Site Visits: Coordinate and accompany clients to property sites.
Sales Process Handling: End-to-end involvement in the real estate sales cycle.
Follow-ups: Build strong relationships and ensure continuous engagement.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is below 12th and 0 - 3 years of experience.
Applicants should also have good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in computer use and the ability to utilize technology effectively are essential.
