Job Overview
We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented Real Estate Sales Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, understanding client requirements, presenting suitable properties, arranging property visits, and converting prospects into successful transactions.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and follow up with potential property buyers, tenants, and investors.
- Understand clients’ property requirements, budget, location, and preferences.
- Source and shortlist suitable residential, commercial, and industrial properties.
- Coordinate and conduct property visits with clients.
- Communicate with property owners, developers, and clients professionally.
- Negotiate terms and assist in closing property transactions.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with leads through calls and WhatsApp.
- Maintain and update client and property databases.
- Build strong relationships with clients and property owners.
- Stay updated on current property prices, projects, and market trends in Navi Mumbai.
- Achieve assigned sales and business targets.
Requirements
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident and professional personality.
- Basic knowledge of real estate and property transactions.
- Good negotiation and follow-up skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Sheets and WhatsApp.
- Freshers can apply; prior real estate sales experience is an advantage.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
