Job Summary:

We are looking for an energetic and goal-oriented Field Sales Executive to join our team for the PhonePe Merchant Onboarding project. In this role, you will visit local shops, markets, and merchants to pitch PhonePe’s digital payment solutions, onboard them onto the platform, and setup QR codes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit retail stores, local vendors, and merchants daily within the assigned area.

• Pitch the benefits of using PhonePe QR codes for business transactions.

• Complete the merchant onboarding process, including KYC verification through the app.

• Install PhonePe QR codes, soundboxes, and promotional standees at merchant outlets.

• Build and maintain healthy business relationships with merchants to ensure active usage.

• Meet daily and weekly onboarding targets set by the team leader.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Education: Minimum 12th Pass or Any Graduate. Freshers with a passion for sales are welcome.

• Experience: 0 to 2 years of experience in Field Sales, FMCG, Telecom, or QR onboarding is a plus.

• Skills: Excellent communication and convincing skills in Hindi/Local language.

• Mandatory: Must own a Smartphone (Android) and a Two-Wheeler (Bike/Scooter) with a valid driving license.
