Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
Handle inbound and outbound sales inquiries.
Generate leads through calling, references, and networking.
Understand client requirements and suggest suitable properties.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Build strong sales pipelines and maintain regular follow-ups.
Client Handling
Conduct meetings with potential buyers and investors.
Explain project features, pricing, payment plans, and ROI opportunities.
Build trust and maintain long-term customer relationships.
Resolve client queries professionally.
Site Visits & Presentations
Coordinate and conduct property site visits.
Deliver effective project presentations and sales pitches.
Showcase amenities, location advantages, and investment potential.
Market Knowledge
Stay updated with market trends and competitor projects.
Understand pricing strategies and inventory availability.
Share market insights with clients for better decision-making.
Documentation & CRM
Maintain accurate records of leads and customer interactions.
Update CRM systems regularly.
Coordinate with banks, legal teams, and developers during closures.
Assist customers with booking documentation and payment procedures.
