Field Sales Promoter

We are looking for a Promoter to join our team at Vtc Tradewings Private Limited. The role requires candidates who are skilled in building customer relationships, following up on leads, and maximizing sales opportunities. Identify prospects and develop sales strategies to drive business growth. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹12,000 - ₹15,000 and prospects of growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and represent the company, brand, products, or services professionally.

  • Engage with customers, understand their needs, and provide accurate product/service information.

  • Generate leads and support sales through effective promotional activities.

  • Conduct product demonstrations and explain key features, benefits, and offers.

  • Build strong relationships with customers and maintain a positive brand image.

  • Distribute promotional materials and execute marketing campaigns as assigned.

  • Participate in events, exhibitions, activations, and other promotional activities.

  • Achieve assigned sales, lead-generation, and promotional targets.

  • Collect customer feedback and share market insights with the team.

  • Monitor competitor activities and market trends.

  • Maintain accurate records and provide regular activity/performance reports.

  • Follow company policies, brand guidelines, and professional standards.

    Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is 12th Pass and 1 - 3 years of experience. Familiarity with different sales techniques is a must. Applicants should also have good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in computer use and the ability to utilize technology effectively are essential.
