Field Sales Executive

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Field Sales Executive to expand our domestic market presence. The ideal candidate must have prior experience in the builder hardware industry and a strong network with architects, builders, dealers, distributors, interior designers, and project consultants.

Should have an Experience with reputed brands such as Godrej, Kajaria, Ozone, Havells, Dorset, Hettich, Hafele, Ebco, Yale, Europa, or similar companies will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and expand sales in the assigned territory.

• Visit architects, builders, contractors, interior designers, project consultants, dealers, and distributors on a regular basis.

• Generate new business opportunities and achieve monthly sales targets.

• Promote the company's complete range of builder and architectural hardware products.

• Conduct product presentations and demonstrations.

• Follow up on enquiries, quotations, negotiations, and order closures.

• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.

• Gather market intelligence regarding competitors, pricing, and new projects.

• Coordinate with the internal sales and operations teams to ensure timely order execution and customer satisfaction.

• Submit daily visit reports and weekly sales updates.

Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum 2 years of field sales experience in the Builder Hardware / Architectural Hardware industry.

• Strong knowledge of builder hardware products.

• Existing network with dealers, architects, builders, contractors, and project consultants.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to travel extensively.

• Valid driving licence and own vehicle preferred.

• It is a Full Time Field Sales job for candidates with 1 - 6+ years Experience.
