Our product portfolio includes LED downlighters, profile lights, cove lights, track lights, decorative lights, façade lighting, landscape lighting, and outdoor lighting. Through our brands Halomax, Luemin, Infinityz, and Flua, we provide complete lighting solutions for luxury residences, apartments, hotels, resorts, offices, retail spaces, and commercial projects.
Job Overview
We are looking for a young, energetic, and target-driven Lighting Sales Executive to generate new business and build long-term relationships with architects, interior designers, builders, and project clients.
The candidate will be responsible for identifying new projects, conducting product presentations, preparing follow-ups, coordinating with the design team, and converting enquiries into successful sales orders.
Key Responsibilities
Generate new business through regular field visits and networking.
Meet architects, interior designers, builders, developers, electrical consultants, and homeowners.
Promote the complete range of Halomax, Luemin, Infinityz, and Flua lighting products.
Understand client requirements and recommend suitable lighting solutions.
Conduct product presentations at client offices and project sites.
Follow up on quotations, samples, project discussions, and pending orders.
Coordinate with the design, quotation, dispatch, and execution teams for smooth project completion.
Visit project sites whenever required.
Maintain daily reports of meetings, calls, follow-ups, and project status.
Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.
Desired Candidate Profile
1–5 years of experience in field sales (lighting or building materials preferred).
Good communication and relationship-building skills.
Confident, persuasive, and well-groomed personality.
Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to work in the field.
Good planning, follow-up, and organizational abilities.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and WhatsApp for business communication.
Own bike/car and valid driving licence is mandatory.
Preferred Industry Experience
Candidates having experience in lighting or premium building material companies will be preferred.
