
Position: Senior Sales Executive—Project Sales (Building Materials)
Experience: 4–5 Years
Industry: Building Materials / Construction
Key Requirement: Experience in handling Architects & Builders
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and survey the assigned region to create a strong pipeline of project opportunities
Prepare a target list of builders, architects, and institutional projects
Generate leads and onboard new project clients
Drive demand generation activities at construction sites
Promote products directly at project locations
Maintain and update all activities, leads, and client details in the company CRM system
Build strong relationships with architects, contractors, and builders
Required Skills:
Proven experience in project sales (building materials preferred)
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Ability to handle architect and builder meetings independently
Good knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools
Self-driven and target-oriented mindset
Strong presentation skills
Quick learner with adaptability in a competitive market
Preferred Profile:
Experience in cement, steel, tiles, paints, or construction materials
Local market knowledge and network in the construction industry
