Responsibilities:
Must generate leads by calling and contacting the prospects/clients.
Will be responsible for lead generation or site visits from given leads of residential-luxury properties.
Meeting weekly and Monthly Targets in Site visits.
Onboarding of clients and servicing of existing ones on the platform.
Handling Inbound and Outbound calls.
Following up with Leads provided by various marketing campaigns and associations.
Maintaining a database of clients in Software, following up with them on a regular basis.
Responding to SMS & WhatsApp calls.
Arranging and coordinating the meetings between the client and the sales team.
Candidate requirements:
2+ Years of relevant experience is a must in the real estate sector.
A handful of Experience in calling and convincing prospects, and converting them into leads.
Inter-departmental coordination.
Possessing a sharp eye for detail in the lead follow-up.
Good knowledge of MS Office.
Good communication skills.
A quick learner who is adaptable.
Ability to build strong customer relationships..
