Job Description

Job Title: *Presales Executive*

Experience: 1 to 3 Years ( Excellent Communication Skills)

Location: Goregaon West, Mumbai

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:

Handle incoming corporate inquiries and outbound calls.

Generate leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and follow-ups.

Qualify leads and drive the sales process until closure.

Explain gifting product options and custom solutions to potential clients.

Coordinate meetings or demos for the sales team when required.

Prepare quotations, handle basic negotiations, and close small to mid-size deals.

Maintain CRM and client interaction records.

*Corporate Gifting experience or B2B sales experience is Mandatory* .
