Job Role

We are seeking a motivated Sales Executive – Real Estate Sales who can generate leads, build client relationships, conduct property presentations, and close sales effectively.

Key Responsibilities

Generate & manage leads through calls, references, digital platforms.
Understand client requirements and recommend suitable properties.
Conduct property presentations and site visits with clients.
Follow up with prospects and maintain strong customer relationships.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain accurate records of leads, meetings, and sales activities in CRM.

Preferred Skills

Excellent sales and convincing skills.
Strong follow-up and closing abilities.
Ability to build long-term client relationships.
Basic computer and CRM knowledge.
Good in English, Hindi, and Marathi preferred.
