We’re Hiring: Operations & Onboarding Executive – YELO
Locations:
· Raipur (2 positions)
· Bhubaneswar (1 position)
YELO is an on-demand bike repair & roadside assistance platform.
We’re building a hyperlocal marketplace where customers get quick bike service at home, office or roadside, and mechanics get consistent work.
What you’ll do (Day-to-Day):
· Onboard local bike mechanics & garages onto the YELO platform (field visits)
· Train mechanics on app usage, service flow & quality standards
· Coordinate and manage daily customer bookings
· Support mechanics to complete services smoothly at customer location
· Resolve basic on-ground issues (mechanic / customer side)
· Track active mechanics, bookings & service quality
· Act as the on-ground point of contact for the city
Who this role is for:
· Candidates comfortable with field work & local travel
· Experience in sales / field operations / hyperlocal / service roles preferred
· Good communication skills (local language + Hindi)
· Hustler mindset -execution > excuses
· Looking to grow into team lead / city-level roles as the company scales

Role type: Full-time | On-ground
Compensation: 16k-24k Fixed + performance-based incentives
