Operation Executive

About the Role:

Bozzo is looking for a proactive and result-oriented Operations Executive to support the successful launch and day-to-day operations of our ride-hailing platform in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate should be comfortable with both field and office work, possess strong communication skills, and be able to coordinate effectively across multiple teams.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Monitor daily rider demand and driver supply.

• Coordinate with the Driver Onboarding and Field Sales teams.

• Visit auto stands, metro stations, business hubs, and other key locations for field operations.

• Conduct market research and competitor analysis (Uber, Ola, Rapido).

• Collect rider and driver feedback to improve marketplace operations.

• Track daily operational KPIs and prepare reports using MS Excel or Google Sheets.

• Coordinate with Customer Support, Operations, and Technical teams to resolve operational issues.

• Support city launch activities and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

• Identify operational challenges and recommend process improvements.

• Maintain accurate records and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports.

Requirements

• Graduate in any discipline.

• 2–4 years of experience in Operations, Field Operations, Logistics, Mobility, or Marketplace businesses.

• Good communication and coordination skills.

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets.

• Comfortable with both field and office work.

• Willingness to travel within Hyderabad when required.
