Job Responsibilities

  • Provide service support for critical care medical equipment at government hospitals and institutions across the North Region

  • Handle government accounts for both sales and service activities

  • Conduct product demos, installations, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and servicing

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with government stakeholders and decision-makers

  • Ensure timely resolution of service issues and provide regular updates to clients

  • Drive sales growth and identify new business opportunities within government institutions

  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery and customer satisfaction
