Job Description

Generate Home Loan leads from open markets and through different channels and completion of the team target. · Develop monitor and liaise with client/channel partner (Builder, DSA etc) including retention strategies for the region • · Implement and develop sales activities to achieve the target and arrange loan events in coordination with Cluster Head. · Handle product queries and service issues. · Providing necessary in-house & On-field training and guidance to team members. · Process it ahead to the sales team by tagging interested & need to follow up on the leads. · Leads to be forwarded to sales for maximum conversion till the file is disbursed. · Mentor, train, and ensure optimum team/region performance in terms of revenue target achievement and increasing business. · Originating high-value mandates, pre-sales, negotiations, and relationship maintenance. · Managing a team of Sales Executive. · Generate Auto Loan leads from open markets and through different channels and completion of the team target. · Develop, monitor, and liaise with client/channel partner (Car Dealers, DSA etc) including retention strategies for the region • · Implement and develop sales activities to achieve the target and arrange loan events in coordination with Cluster Head. · Handle product queries and service issues. · Providing necessary in-house & On-field training and guidance to team members. · Process it ahead to the sales team by tagging interested & need to follow up on the leads. · Leads to be forwarded to sales for maximum conversion till the file is disbursed. · Mentor, train, and ensure optimum team/region performance in terms of revenue target achievement and increasing business. · Originating high-value mandates, pre-sales, negotiations, and relationship maintenance. · Monitoring team on functioning as per the regulatory guidelines · SM shall act a coordinator between Cluster Head and Sales Executives/Team Leaders and shall also coordinate and monitor Sales Representative and Team Leaders Performance on Daily/Weekly and Monthly/Annual Basis · SM duties shall include assisting in month on month, annual targets and help achieving corporate goals. · Quality Sourcing by checking Sales executives Applications and getting discrepancy removed there and then in order to provide quality applications for processing. · Devise Action plans to drive sales, productivity, cross sell. Successful execution of strategies to achieve Targets. · Responsible for acquisition, growth of the credit card business. Creating a strong compliant sales culture across the off- role channel to drive acquisitions profitability and employee development. · Handling appointment of Sales Representative and Team Leaders along with Cluster Head, training & performance management of sales Agents & Team Leaders and manage a team of off-roll sales employees and its placements. · Track Application from end to end, from dispatch till decisioning. · Train and Manage Sales Manager and Executive Team. · Generate Home Loan, Auto Loan, Credit Card, CASA etc. leads from open markets and through different channels. · Develop and maintain relationships with clients for repeat business and referral/s. · Implement and develop sales activities to achieve the target and arrange loan/CASA/Credit Cards events. · Handle product queries and service issues. · Meeting clients, verifying documents, processing files, co-ordinate for sanction/disbursement of the loan, and personalized service to clients. · Ensure the achievement of the given business target. · Handle and engage DSA for sourcing of Business. · Responsible for knowing and complying with all legal requirements as per the law of land. · Monitoring team on functioning as per the regulatory guidelines. · Other duties or projects as assigned.
