Compensation
CTC: Best hike on current CTC based on experience, interview performance and internal parity.

Qualification
B.Pharm or B.Sc. (Mandatory)
Experience
Minimum 1–2 years of continuous experience in Pharmaceutical Sales. General Therapy exposure is mandatory.
Age
Maximum 30 years.
Mandatory Requirements
Must be a local candidate.
Well versed with pharma sales process.
Ability to handle target pressure and deadlines.
Willing to work in a launching territory.
Willingness to travel.
Growth mindset and learning attitude.
Key Responsibilities
Achieve sales targets.
Generate prescriptions through doctor calls.
Cover doctors, chemists and stockists.
Ensure product availability.
Conduct product detailing and promotional activities.
Submit DCRs and reports.
Track competitors and develop business.
Skills Required
Communication, presentation, negotiation, relationship building, territory planning, time management, result orientation, ethical selling, MS Office and smartphone proficiency.
