Field Sales Franchise Manager

Job Overview

We are seeking an energetic, target-driven, and result-oriented Franchise Development Manager to spearhead our brand's expansion and market footprint. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying growth opportunities, onboarding potential franchise partners, building strong business relationships, and driving the company’s strategic expansion goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify potential franchise partners through rigorous market research, networking, cold calling, and industry events.

• Pitching & Presentation: Present the company’s business model, value proposition, and ROI (Return on Investment) effectively to prospective investors and partners.

• End-to-End Onboarding: Manage the complete franchise acquisition lifecycle, from the initial screening and pitch to final agreement signing and onboarding.

• Market & Territory Analysis: Evaluate potential locations, demographics, and territories to assess business viability and maximize success rates.

• Negotiation & Closure: Lead commercial negotiations, finalize terms, and successfully close franchise agreements in alignment with compliance guidelines.

• Relationship Management: Maintain excellent, long-term relationships with existing and new franchise partners to ensure operational synergy and brand consistency.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree or an MBA in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Experience: 2–5 years of proven experience in Franchise Sales, Business Development, or Corporate Sales.

• Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with strong presentation and negotiation capabilities.

• Analytical Skills: Solid understanding of financial metrics, profit margins, and ROI calculations to confidently explain business dynamics to investors.

• Tools: Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.

• Mobility: Willingness to travel extensively for territory scouting, partner meetings, and launch events.
