Role Overview: We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Marketing Executive

(BTL) to manage on-ground marketing activities, generate leads, and build strong

partnerships with colleges and businesses.

Key Responsibilities:

● Conduct on-field visits and distribute pamphlets to generate leads.

● Execute offline marketing campaigns to drive enrolments and brand awareness.

● Connect with colleges and institutions to create collaboration opportunities.

● Handle B2B and B2I (Business-to-Institution) tie-ups for placements and hiring.

● Generate quality leads and maintain follow-up until conversion.

● Support overall marketing initiatives and contribute to business growth.

Requirements:

● 1–2 years of experience in BTL marketing, field sales, or lead generation.

● Strong communication and networking skills.

● Ability to represent the brand professionally and confidently.
