Business Development Officer

We are looking for a Business Development Officer to join our Company. The role requires candidates who are skilled in building customer relationships, following up on leads, and maximizing sales opportunities. Identify prospects and develop sales strategies to drive business growth. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹25000 - ₹31000 and prospects of growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruit, train, and activate life insurance advisors/agents

• Motivate and guide them to sell Life Insurance products to customers

• Help agents achieve their monthly & annual sales targets

• Conduct regular sales meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews

• Monitor field activity and ensure agent productivity

• Build a strong long-term sales team for sustainable performance

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 1 - 6+ years of experience. Familiarity with different sales techniques is a must. Applicants should also have good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
