You are responsible for selling home loan products, generating leads, meeting customers, and achieving monthly sales targets. This is a target-based field + sales job in the BFSI sector.

Key Responsibilities
1. Lead Generation & Sales
• Generate leads through field work, referrals, builders, brokers, and open market
• Convert leads into customers and achieve sales targets
• Promote home loan products and explain benefits to customers
2. Customer Handling
• Understand customer financial needs and suggest suitable loan options
• Assist customers in the complete loan process (application → disbursement)
• Handle objections and close deals
3. Relationship Management
• Build strong relationships with:
• Customers
• Real estate agents / builders
• Channel partners
• Maintain long-term client relationships for repeat business
4. Cross-Selling
• Sell additional products like:
• Insurance (life/general)
• Fixed deposits
• Other financial products
5. Field Work & Coordination
• Visit customer locations for meetings and documentation
• Coordinate with internal teams for loan approval & disbursement
• Maintain daily reports and sales data

Eligibility Criteria
• Graduate in any stream
• 6 months – 2 years sales experience preferred
• BFSI experience is a plus
• Good communication & convincing skills
• Willingness for field work and travel
