Job Description

We are looking for a Home Loan Executive to join our team at Basic Home Loan. The role requires candidates who are skilled in building customer relationships, following up on leads, and maximizing sales opportunities. Identify prospects and develop sales strategies to drive business growth. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹23,000 - ₹40,000 and prospects of growth.

Key Responsibilities:

1- Good communication
2- Good negotiation skill and the ability to close deals
3- Knowledge of home loan products, interest rates, and market treand.
4- Achieve and exceed monthly , Quarterly and annual home loan sales target by effecvely managing the DSA channel
5- Stronge Your Own local DSA Networks
6- Ensure that DSA meet their target by providing them with necessary support and resources.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and Min 2-3 year experience sales in home loan or Financial service. Prior experience with managing team and working with DSA agent is required And Good Knowledge of Home Loans / LAP
