Key Roles and Responsibilities:
• Identify, onboard, and empanel new, high-quality Direct Selling Agents (DSAs) and loan connectors focused on personal loan sourcing.
• Act as the primary point of contact for the assigned DSA network, maintaining strong and productive partnerships.
• Monitor and track the performance metrics of onboarded DSAs to ensure optimal loan file logins, credit approvals, and disbursement conversions. (Disbursement to Login ratio).
• Drive and achieve monthly/quarterly business targets for loan sourcing value and volume exclusively through the DSA channel.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory guidelines during sourcing documentation activities
