- Position: Business Manager/Sales Manager( Field sales)

-Mandatory Skills:

- Good communication skills in Hindi and English (regional language proficiency is acceptable, but candidates should be confident and able to present themselves effectively)

- B2B sales skills

- Prior experience in home loans, personal loans, business loans, or gold loans

- Must be interested in home loans

- Age: Not above 40 years

- Offered Salary: ₹5 LPA + incentives

- Monthly Targets: Approximately ₹3 crores

- 2-3 Years of experience

Interview Process

- Number of Rounds: 3 (Face-to-Face, onsite at Headquarters in Gurgaon)

- Working Days: 6 days a week (Sunday fixed off)
