Job Summary:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-driven Telesales Executive to contribute to generating sales for our company. You will be responsible for closing sales deals over the phone and maintaining good customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Call potential customers to inform them about our products/services.

• Follow up on leads and cold calls to generate new sales.

• Explain product features and benefits to customers.

• Answer questions about products and services or handle queries.

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales.

• Meet daily/weekly/monthly targets set by the management.

• Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional support.

Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: 10th Pass and above.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Basic knowledge of MS Office or CRM tools is a plus.

• Prior experience in telesales or customer service is preferred but not mandatory.

• Ability to handle rejections and remain calm under pressure.
