Job Description:

We are hiring Loan Sales Executives for a bank. The candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling bank loan products and supporting customers throughout the loan process.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Sell HDFC Bank loan products such as personal loans, home loans, business loans, etc.

• Generate leads through fieldwork, tele-calling, and references

• Explain loan products, interest rates, and eligibility criteria to customers

• Help customers fill out loan application forms and collect required documents

• Follow up with customers and internal teams for loan processing and disbursement

• Achieve assigned sales targets on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis

• Maintain customer records and update sales reports

• Build and maintain good relationships with customers

• Handle basic customer queries and provide after-sales support

Eligibility Criteria:

• Minimum qualification: Graduate preferred

• Good communication skills

• Basic knowledge of sales and customer handling

• Willingness to do fieldwork
