We are seeking a Lead Generation Executive with a minimum of 1 year of experience in the IT staff augmentation domain, specifically focusing on international markets. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building a qualified lead pipeline, and contributing directly to our global growth strategy.
Conduct in-depth market research to identify potential clients in need of IT staff augmentation services.
Utilize LinkedIn, online directories, databases, and other tools to source contact information and pre-qualify leads.
Initiate contact with prospects through personalized emails, cold calls, LinkedIn messages, and other outreach channels.
Effectively communicate WeAssemble’s value proposition and initiate meaningful conversations.
Build and manage a robust pipeline of qualified leads.
Maintain accurate records of lead activities and status updates in CRM tools.
Coordinate with the sales team to seamlessly hand over qualified leads.
Assist in preparing client proposals, pitch decks, and sales presentations.
Contribute to the planning and execution of targeted lead generation campaigns.
Analyze and report on campaign performance to inform future strategies.
Represent WeAssemble at relevant webinars, conferences, and networking events to identify opportunities and build relationships.
Minimum 1 year of experience in lead generation within the IT staff augmentation industry, preferably targeting international markets.
Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce) and lead sourcing platforms.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working both independently and in a team environment.
