Job Description

We are Looking for Key Account Manager to join Blackbuck

Purpose: The Key Accounts Manager (KAM) is responsible for driving sales numbers in the defined

region

Responsibilities

 Identify, appoint, and manage channel partners for GPS device sales in the assigned territory.

 Drive sales through distributors, dealers, and retail networks to achieve monthly and quarterly

targets.

 Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners, ensuring their engagement and

loyalty.

 Conduct regular market visits to monitor competitor activities and gather market intelligence.

 Support channel partners with product training, marketing initiatives, and promotional

activities.

 Ensure timely supply, billing, and payment collection from channel partners.

 Prepare periodic sales reports and update management on performance metrics.

 Ideal Experience:

 Graduate in any discipline

 3–5 years of experience in channel sales, preferably in GPS devices, electronics, or related

industries.

 Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.

 Proven track record of achieving sales targets in a channel-driven environment.

 Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
