Key Responsibilities
• Business Development: Identify and prospect new clients across industries such
as manufacturing, food & beverage, hospitality, retail, pharma, and institutional
sectors.
• Client Engagement: Build and sustain relationships with architects, contractors,
facility managers, and decision-makers.
• Product Demonstrations & Technical Support: Clearly communicate product
benefits—fast curing, hygienic, seamless, safe, and durable—and conduct
technical discussions to align with client needs.
• Sales Execution: Prepare persuasive proposals, negotiate agreements, and close
deals to achieve or exceed monthly/quarterly/annual targets.
• Market Intelligence: Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and client
feedback to inform strategy.
• Post-Sale Service: Ensure smooth handover and client satisfaction by
coordinating with technical/application teams for project execution and follow-
up.
• Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and
generate reports for management review
