Job Title: Key Account Manager – Field Sales
Location: Pune /Mumbai/Gurugram
We’re hiring Key Account Managers to drive merchant acquisition, retention, and revenue growth through on-ground sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and expand key merchant relationships.
Drive sales, engagement, and collections through field visits.
Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
Oversee merchant onboarding and issue resolution.
Collaborate with teams to improve service delivery.
Execute local sales campaigns and track performance.
Maintain accurate sales reports and business metrics.
Requirements: Graduate/MBA with 3–7 yrs in field sales or key account management (Fintech, FMCG, Telecom, BFSI). Strong communication, negotiation & data skills.
