Assist the Sales Manager in planning and executing sales strategies to meet company goals
Support and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team targets
Monitor sales performance, prepare reports, and analyze sales data
Help train, coach, and onboard new sales staff
Maintain relationships with key customers and handle escalated customer issues
Coordinate with marketing, operations, and other departments to support sales efforts
Ensure compliance with company policies, pricing, and promotional guidelines
Assist in forecasting sales and managing inventory or order pipelines
