Job Title: IT Sales – End Customer Sales

Location: Mumbai

Experience Required: 5 +Years in End-to-End IT Sales

Employment Type: Full-Time

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven IT Sales Executive with proven experience in end-to-end IT sales to end customers. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the IT products and solutions landscape, excellent communication skills, and a track record of consistently achieving sales targets. This role is based out of Mumbai.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive end-to-end IT solution sales to enterprise or mid-market end customers.

  • Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities across industry verticals.

  • Conduct client meetings, understand customer IT needs, and propose suitable solutions.

  • Manage the entire sales cycle – from lead generation, requirement analysis, proposal creation, negotiation, to closure.

  • Coordinate with pre-sales and technical teams to deliver tailored solutions.

  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.

  • Keep abreast of new trends and products in the IT industry and provide feedback to internal teams.

  • Prepare and deliver sales reports, forecasts, and presentations to senior management.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in IT sales with a strong focus on end customer sales.

  • Demonstrated success in end-to-end sales cycles, including closing high-value deals.

  • Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, software, cloud, or managed services (depending on company focus).

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

  • Existing customer network or relationships in the Delhi/Mumbai region is a plus.
