IT Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities

✅ Business Development & Lead Generation:

• Identify and generate new business opportunities in IT services, including web development, hosting, and digital marketing.

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.

• Conduct market research to identify industry trends and potential customers.

✅ Client Relationship Management:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs.

• Provide customized solutions and upsell IT services to existing clients.

• Act as a point of contact for high-value clients and key accounts.

✅ Sales Strategy & Execution:

• Develop sales forecasts, budgets, and reports.

• Collaborate with the marketing team for lead nurturing and branding efforts.

• Identify potential partnerships and strategic alliances.

✅ Team Management & Collaboration:

• Lead and mentor the sales team to achieve individual and team goals.

• Work closely with technical and project teams to ensure smooth service delivery.

• Provide training and guidance to junior sales executives.

✅ Negotiation & Closing Deals:

• Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals.

• Ensure high conversion rates from lead generation to successful sales.

• Manage pricing, discounts, and client expectations.

✅ Documentation & Reporting:

• Prepare sales reports, presentations, and client proposals.

• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales data, and market trends.

• Utilize Excel for data analysis, sales tracking, and reporting.

• Create and manage business documents using Microsoft Word.

Required Skills & Qualifications

🔹 Education:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field.

🔹 Experience:

• 3-7 years of experience in IT services sales, business development, or account management.

• Proven track record in meeting and exceeding sales targets.

🔹 Skills & Expertise:

• Strong understanding of IT services, web development, hosting, and digital marketing.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to develop and execute sales strategies.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word is a must.

• Experience using CRM tools for sales tracking.
