Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven professional to join our team as an APC - Business Development Manager. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a portfolio of agents, driving sales growth, and building strong relationships with partners to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Recruit, train, and manage a team of agents to achieve sales targets

- Drive sales performance through the agency channel

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with agents and partners

- Identify new business opportunities and assess market trends

- Ensure adherence to regulatory guidelines and company policies

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field

- Minimum 2-5 years of sales experience, preferably in insurance

- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
