Business Development & Market Research

1. Conduct market research to identify potential customers, new markets, and emerging business opportunities.

2. Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior to support business growth strategies.

3. Gather market and customer feedback and report insights on buying patterns, pricing, and demand trends.

4. Identify new business opportunities through networking, referrals, cold calls, and field visits.

Lead Generation & Client Acquisition

5.Visit potential customers to generate new business and expand the client base.

6. Engage with prospective clients to understand their needs and recommend suitable products or solutions.

7. Provide quotations to prospective clients and address their requirements in a timely and professional manner.

8. Negotiate commercial terms, finalize agreements, and close sales as per company guidelines.

Client Relationship Management & Service Support

9.Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients by providing regular support, guidance, and updates.

10. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication and post-sales follow-ups.

Sales Strategy & Performance Management

11.Implement sales strategies and action plans to achieve assigned targets and company objectives.

12.Monitor personal sales performance and review progress on a monthly basis.
