The Loan Sales Executive is responsible for acquiring new customers and promoting home loans. The role involves direct sales, customer relationship management, and achieving monthly sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and approach potential customers for loan products
• Explain features, benefits, and eligibility of loan schemes
• Generate leads through field visits, referrals, and cold calling
• Assist customers in documentation and loan application process
• Coordinate with credit and operations teams for loan approval
• Maintain relationships with existing clients for repeat business
• Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets
• Ensure compliance with company policies and RBI guidelines
