Job Title: Sr. Relationship Manager – Corporate Insurance Sales

Job Summary
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Sr. Relationship Manager – Corporate Insurance Sales to join our growing team. The role involves generating new business, building strong relationships with corporate clients, and offering tailored insurance solutions that meet their business needs.
Key Responsibilities
New Business Development: Identify and pursue opportunities with corporate clients through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture long-term relationships with corporate clients, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
Insurance Product Expertise: Maintain a deep understanding of corporate insurance products (liability, property, employee benefits, etc.).
Needs Analysis: Assess client requirements and provide customized insurance solutions.
Quotations & Proposals: Prepare and present professional proposals and quotations, emphasizing product benefits and value.
Policy Implementation: Oversee policy issuance, premium collection, and claims coordination for seamless client experience.
Renewals & Retention: Manage renewals while identifying cross-sell and upsell opportunities.
Sales Targets: Achieve monthly and annual sales goals, contributing to overall business growth.
Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience: 3–5 years in insurance sales, preferably corporate insurance.
Knowledge: Strong understanding of insurance principles, products, and practices.
Sales Skills: Proven track record in sales and marketing with strong presentation skills.
Relationship Skills: Ability to build credibility and trust with corporate clients.
Time Management: Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple clients/projects.
Preferred Qualifications
IRDA Broker Certification / Associate from Insurance Institute of India.
Strong business development background (prospecting, lead generation, conversions).
Familiarity with digital tools – CRM, email marketing, and social media.
