Job Description – Sales Manager:
Visit and on-board Two-Wheeler and Private Car Dealers (New & Used) within the assigned territory to promote and sell Value-Added Services including RSA, Personal Accident, and Medical Assistance plans.
Build and manage a strong pipeline of dealers and ensure consistent business generation through them.
Visit and on-board General Insurance Agents to drive sales of value-added services and ensure active engagement.
Ensure training, motivation, and regular follow-ups with on-boarded partners for sustained productivity.
Achieve assigned targets, ensure territory coverage, and maintain healthy relationships with channel partners.
Share regular reports on performance, challenges, and market insights to regional and national leadership.
Key Requirements:
Must have 3–5 years of relevant experience in the General Insurance industry, specifically handling Two-Wheeler (TW) and Private Car Dealerships (New & Used).
Candidates from General Insurance Brokers or General Insurance Companies will be preferred.
Proven track record of establishing and managing dealer and agent relationships.
Good understanding of insurance sales processes and value-added service offerings such as RSA, PA, and Medical Assistance.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and team leadership skills.
Ability to travel extensively within assigned territory.
Local market knowledge and existing dealer/agent network will be an added advantage.
