Job Description

An Inside Sales Coordinator primarily supports the sales team by handling administrative tasks, managing customer interactions, and facilitating the sales process. They act as a liaison between the sales team and clients, ensuring smooth communication and efficient order processing. Key responsibilities include managing sales data, preparing sales materials, and providing customer support

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Process Support:

    Assists the sales team with various tasks, including lead qualification, proposal preparation, and presentation coordination. 

  • Customer Relationship Management:

    Acts as a point of contact for customer inquiries, providing support and resolving issues, and building relationships with clients. 

  • Sales Data Management:

    Maintains accurate sales records, tracks performance, and generates reports to help the team make informed decisions. 

  • Sales Material Preparation:

    Develops and maintains sales presentations, brochures, and other materials to support the sales team. 

  • Order Management:

    Handles sales orders, checks product availability and pricing, and ensures timely delivery to customers. 

  • Collaboration:

    Works with other departments like marketing and logistics to coordinate sales campaigns and ensure efficient order fulfillment. 

  • CRM Management:

    Utilizes CRM systems to track customer interactions and manage sales data effectively.
