MilkyWay which is an icec ream brand require Franchise Manager at various locations Pan India.

1. Lead Generation & Prospecting

Identify potential franchise investors
Generate leads through digital campaigns, referrals, and events
Maintain a strong pipeline of prospects

2. Franchise Sales

Present franchise business model, ROI, and investment plans
Conduct meetings, webinars, and site visits
Negotiate and close franchise agreements

3. Market Research & Expansion Planning

Identify new locations and territories for expansion
Analyze competition and demand in target markets

4. Franchise Onboarding

Guide franchisees through documentation and setup
Coordinate with internal teams for store launch
5. Relationship Management
- Maintain long-term relationships with franchise partners
- Ensure franchisee satisfaction and business growth
6. Brand Compliance & Support
- Ensure franchisees follow brand standards
- Provide ongoing support in operations, marketing, and sales
