Identify and onboard new franchise partners across regions (PAN India or specific zone).
Manage end-to-end franchise development: inquiry, pitching, negotiations & closure.
Conduct market research to identify potential locations and expansion opportunities.
Ensure franchise partners meet brand standards, guidelines, and store compliance.
Build strong relationships with franchise owners and ensure smooth operations.
Coordinate with merchandising, inventory, marketing, and retail teams.
Achieve monthly and quarterly franchise sales and expansion targets.
Conduct store visits and travel for meetings when required.
Prepare MIS reports, franchise dashboards, and performance analysis.
Train franchise teams on brand guidelines, product knowledge, and operations.
Experience in Fashion, Apparel, Textile, Retail industry is mandatory.
Strong sales, negotiation, and business development skills.
Good understanding of franchise models, retail operations, and store management.
