This role is responsible for converting store walk-in customers into sales at a company-owned sweets outlet. The executive greets customers, understands their needs (regular purchase, gifting, bulk orders), explains products, offers samples, and focuses strongly on upselling premium sweets, hampers, and combos. Candidate must be from Fmcg sector experience. The minimum qualification for this role is Minimum Qualification and Experience Range. Applicants should have strong negotiation skills, a customer-first approach, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
