Field Verifier

We are looking for a proactive and field-oriented professional to conduct on-ground surveys across commercial markets in Bangalore and identify properties available for lease or rent.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct field surveys to identify available commercial properties, including offices, retail spaces, showrooms, warehouses, and other commercial establishments.

• Collect and verify property details such as location, area, rent, availability, furnishing, parking, and owner/broker contact information.

• Build relationships with property owners, landlords, brokers, and property managers to gather updated inventory information.

• Map commercial markets and track vacancies, upcoming properties, and leasing activity.

• Update property details accurately in the CRM/database and submit regular field reports.

• Follow up with property owners and brokers to ensure inventory information remains updated.

Requirements:

• Comfortable with extensive field travel across Bangalore.

• Good communication and relationship-building skills.

• Strong data collection, verification, and reporting skills.

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, CRM, or data management tools.

• Experience in real estate, field sales, market research, or property surveying is preferred.

• It is a Full Time Field Sales job for candidates with 6 months - 4 years of experience.
