Field Support Engineer

We are looking for a Field engineer to join our team at Techigent Technologies Private Limited to resolve hardware & network issues and maintain overall IT infrastructure. This role offers an in-hand salary of ₹15000 - ₹18000 and a chance to work in a technology-driven environment. I need Field Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

1.       Installing and configuring client computer systems.

2.       Responding to client IT support requests.

3.       Meeting with clients to diagnose software, networking or hardware issues.

4.       Providing technical support on-site or via remote-access systems.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 1 - 3 years of experience. Hands-on knowledge of Voice, Video, Desktop & Laptop Installation is essential. Ability to handle computer hardware and software issues independently.
